My name is Karen Pittelman and I’m a non-fiction author and poet (Creating Change Through Family Philanthropy, Classified: How to Stop Hiding Your Privilege and Use It for Social Change, various tiny poetry magazines that don’t have websites to link to). If you’d like to read some of my own writing, there are samples here. I also sing (and write slightly snarky lyrics) for Royal Pink, the best all-girl band in the world. I graduated from Brown University in 1997 with a BA in Creative Writing.
